Provide a way to mass assign a lead to a work order through common actions

We have dispatchers that assign work to work groups and the work groups then assign a lead to the work order. The amount of work orders that are entered have to be reviewed individually one at a time prior to assigning leads. Most of the information needed to assign the lead is on the work order tracking view, so, similarly to the change status, you could select records, and assign a lead to all the records.
