RELATED IDEAS

Better control and management of ongoing workorders in case of any delays.

To get better control and management on ongoing work orders in cases when works stop for some reason and to create a way to analyze WHY works stop at field. Currently WO tracking application does not have suitable functionalities for this purpose. How it could be done:

- Add a tick box and delay code value list

- status history of delays to be tracked.


Benefits: Efficient way of work management process, identify the root cause for delays and address them.

    Thank you for your submission. Although a reasonable request, there are no plans in the next several releases to add this capability out of the box, but the suggestion of a flag and a domain can be easily configured for this purpose.
