Include TLS 1.3 support to benefit from Improved Security & faster performance

As TLS 1.3 drops support of Legacy/Vulnerable algorithms and it claims to improve performance, upcoming versions can include a performance test to test the water. As all 3 databases supported by MAS Manage supports TLS 1.3 in latest releases, it is time to bring that support to MAS Manage as well..

Db2 11.5.8 supports TLS 1.3

Oracle adds support of TLS 1.3

MS-SQL 2022 adds support of TLS 1.3


It would require using latest drivers supporting TLS 1.3. Also, it is time to encourage the adoption of TLS 1.3 where possible especially in SaaS offering and IBM knowledge center where we provide sample connection string. For Example, https://github.com/microsoft/mssql-jdbc/pull/2174 got fixed in v12.4 JDBC Driver for Sql server
