Type Ahead hardcoded limit of 10000 should be configurable

Currently the Type Ahead limit is hard coded to 10000 records so we cannot use it effectively on the Locations and Asset fields as we have more than 10000 records. At times users don't find the record in the type ahead thus loosing confidence in the Type Ahead functionality.

We would like to request for a System Property that can be configured to set the limit of the Type Ahead number of records. So we can change the limit and evaluate the performance impact.

    Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. We truly value our relationship with you and appreciate your willingness to share details about your experience, your recommendations, and ideas.

    Our team has evaluated your request and has determined that our newer role-based applications provide a type-ahead that loads per-character entered, and supports an infinite number of records to be searched against it while maintaining good performance. However, I am sorry to inform you that this capability will not be implemented in the older UI of Maximo.
