Mobile - Clients/Technicians needs to see the application name(ownertable) value of attachment in attachment section.

One of our client needs to see the ownertable or application name value of attachment in attachment section.

e.g. let's say there are 3 attachments are in WO. so one might belong to WO, 2nd might have come from JOBPLAN and 3rd might have come from ASSET.

currently <attachment-list> is the tag being used to show or list down all the attachments in Attachment page in technician app.

As per my investigation, this is part of the framework which we can not modify.

Thanks in Advance.

Hello Ritesh. Yes, this request has actually been completed by the IBM development team, and will be available in the MAS9.0 release. Once that version is released, I will be updating the status of this idea as delivered.
The attachment row can now contain custom attributes. We have tested with the "Owner table" internally, as well as a few other field. This should be achievable using the MAF designer tool as a configuration; any field can be added to the attachment list row. Example:

    Hi IBM,

is there any progress on this? or any target date, by when this will be achieved?

This is a fair ask from the customer. On another note, I feel these fields should be left open to the implementation team to pick and choose. Flexibility is important

Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. We truly value our relationship with you and appreciate your willingness to share details about your experience, your recommendations, and ideas.

This request makes a lot of sense, and we will consider adding a configurable method to the attachment list component. We will make it so that any attributes against the attachment record can be added and would display on each row. However, it is unclear when this enhancement will be prioritized at this time.
