Service Address fields should be dependent on a Site based mask

Some Service Address fields would be relevant to all/most regions of the world - Street Address, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, City, Zip/Postal Code, Country.

However, the three fields Region/District, County, and State/Province may be required, optional or not required depending on where in the world the address belongs. There should be a Site based option in Organizations application to say which of these fields are displayed. Three check boxes, for example, Display Region/District where the default is set to 1 so that there is no change to existing clients. The Service Address has a Site field, which is used for filtering and these Organization settings will only activate if the Site field is being used.

Why? - Some places around the globe do not have a State/Province. In the UK we have a City or a County. Region/District and State/Province are not relevant. The main reason for providing this is so that the Maximo Mobile applications like Asset Manager, Service Request, etc which show fields for the Service Address do not show fields which are not relevant to the user, but instead show those that are relevant. If a global or regional provider is using Maximo for multiple countries, then they will need to figure out how to conditionally display the correct service address fields, easier if this was provided by IBM.
