Add check for updates button / functionality to WO details page

I believe every end user would benefit from having the ability to "check for updates" from the WO detail screen. I have seen too many times where they are required to take extra steps to check for updates while attempting to complete a WO, and if they're working in the field with weak cell connection on their device, then they are in for a much longer expereince in Maximo Mobile if they have to redundantly go back and forth to check for updates,

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, so the idea will be closed. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future.
