Technician (RBA) - Enter a Continuous Meter Reading should indicate whether DELTA or ACTUAL

When entering meter readings for continuous meters you cannot see the setting for Reading Type and whether an ACTUAL or DELTA is to be recorded. You also cannot indicate the reading type you are providing. There should be a selector for the reading type which can be modified by the user.

Without seeing the setting, you may enter an Actual when a Delta is needed, or vice versa. You should also be able to set the reading type for the reading value you are providing.
