Technician (RBA) - Create and Update Tasks

There should be the ability to create tasks and update them particularly the description and long description. Not all job plans will have tasks and senior technicians may create these as they are performing the work, so that later they can be used to create or update a Job Plan.

There is sometimes the need to create additional tasks, without creating follow-up work orders. For example, Facility Management companies first assess the issue, and if they cannot fix will return, ideally the return should be captured against a task rather being lost in log notes.

New tasks also need to be created (after completion) to capture the requirement to update drawings and documents.
