Scenario where we set the property "maximo.mobile.allowmultipletimers" as 1. Toast message on "Timer is already running" does not give any information on the workorder number and so the user should search for the respective and then stop the timer on it. Hence we need to stop the active timer on the previous workorder when user click start timer on any new WO.
