System Property Travel Radius should be a decimal setting

The System Property mxe.mobile.travel.radius is an integer with default setting of 1 (mile). In airports, hospitals, chemical plants/refineries, ports, or other single site environments covering large areas, then getting from one location to another can incur a lot of travel in the course of a day, more than an hour, or >15% of the workday. As a Scheduler you would want too progressively reduce overall travel time by clustering nearby work orders so that they are scheduled together. A 1-mile radius (as the bird flies) in these environments is too large, and ideally you would want to set to say 0.2. Nearby work wouldn’t incur travel but walking distances of 15 minutes or more would allow the Start Travel and Stop Travel. A setting of this System Property to 0 is too much, therefore, a decimal setting would be useful.
