As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, so the idea will be closed. The control of which app the Windows browser will open is outside of our control. Ideally you should have a camera app that gets presented in your windows explorer. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us the privilege of partnering with you in developing our products.
App is running on Windows 11 and also on SURFACEGO 2 tablet with Windows 11.
Both ways we are not getting option to take a picture and attach. We need the option to be available in role based application for technician while we access the same using a laptop or a tablet.

If I recall, the options presented when adding attachment are based on the system where that app is running from. For example, Android will show files, camera and gallery, Windows desktop would show only the option to select a file. Can you elaborate a little bit more about where the app is running and what are the expectations?
