Allow images in the Countbooks application

Currently there is an issue where we are being asked to remove the functionality of using images in the count books application. We would like to use this functionality See the case file attached to this idea for more information (This case file and the originating case file should be reviewed)

From IBM: The issue is that there's a limitation on the images that the app can handle. Right now, there is no fix for this. It will require enhancements in future versions.

The reason we want the images is to ensure when someone is doing a count and they are unfamiliar with the item they can see an image for this to ensure they are counting the correct item. This is a requirement from the business to use an application for may reasons. (E.G. Summer student learning the job, someone new transitioning to a new role, item is one that is not used often so is not seen often maybe only during warehouse counts etc....)

All mobile applications in the Maximo Mobile suite should be able to handle a large amount of data and it should be expected in production environments that large qty of records exist. (Unlike IBM Demo Data)

As an FYI I already have script that runs nightly to shrink down any images attached from devices (usually 5MB + ) to be shrunk down to a thumbnail size <20kb so its not image sizes causing this issue its record volume. All records should be available due to the ability to do an ADHOC count in the application.
