Worklog Log Types should be configurable by the user in a supported way

The worklog component is a special component that gets defined like this:

<chat-log content-limit="{page.state.chatLogDescLength}" datasource="synonymdomainData" default-log-type="{page.state.initialDefaultLogType}" default-log-type-key="value" id="g7wpp" is-config-btn="true" loading="{page.state.chatLogLoading}" log-type-attribute="{['value','description']}" messages="{page.state.chatLogGroupData}" on-click="saveWorkLog" watch-changes="watchChatLogChanges"/>

Then in the JavaScript event, such as openWorkLogDrawer in the SchedulePageController, we fetch and filter the synonymdomainData data source.

The problem with this approach is customers are currently customizing the out of the box controllers to apply additional filters when they only want users to pick certain log types. Customers could configure this control to use an alternate datasource, but I don't think they realize it.

Out of box, we should configure a maximo-datasource-override for the synonymdomainData that filters for the appropriate domain values. Then customers could append their own additional filters (adding to the mobile-qbe-filter for example) to this datasource. This would enable us to simplify the code and make it easier for customers to configure the log type filter.
