Support signature option on question to restrict who can edit the inspection question

A customer requirement was identified where they wanted the form to restrict users from editing specific questions on the inspection form. This could be for a few reasons such as certain steps requiring certain qualifications to do or a section on the inspection related to supervisor sign-off & review. The smart-input control supports controlling the visibility or read-only aspect based on a signature option but given how inspection forms are built dynamically, we would need a way to store the signature option on the question and evaluate.

For example, I could create a permission on the MXAPIINSPECTIONRES object structure called SUPREVIEW. On the question group related to the final review steps, I would be able to reference MXAPIINSPECTIONRES.SUPREVIEW on the question and choose whether it should be hidden or read-only for users without the permission. Then the inspection application could review whether the user has the necessary permission to display it.

Utilizing data restrictions could be used to try and obscure values but is very difficult to maintain.
