Work order number should get displayed on work order details screen while creating the new work order from Maximo Mobile Technician application.

When we create new work order from Maximo Mobile Technician application and after we save the record, the work order number is not displayed immediately at this moment on work order details page. We are able to view the work order number once we navigate to the list view and re-open the same work order for which the work order number was displayed blank on work order details page. We see the same behavior with the Follow-up work orders as well.

Work order numbers should get displayed on work order details screen while creating the new work order from Maximo Mobile Technician application. It will help user to identify the newly created work order on Maximo Mobile Technician application after its creation if the work order number is generated on work order details page. It will be user friendly to filter for respective newly created work order and to verify in platform.

We had raised the PMR for this issue. PMR team had suggested to raise an idea on the Ideas Portal and this idea will be discussed to be included in the application in future versions.
