To clarify, are you looking for the entire list to be editable by a Supervisor, and not editable by a technician? This can likely be achieved via SigOption against the attachment-list component's editability prop, editable="true". You can use the MAF application designer to configure the app, and apply the sigoption to the property.
If your desire to to disable deletion of specific rows only, that is not currently possible, but we will add a requirement to the backlog.
