Unable to view the work orders in the default queries unless explicitly refreshing the Mobile page using "Check for Updates" option.

In the Maximo Mobile Technician application, we have created a few default queries for fetching the work orders list based on the custom queries.
We see that the work order list is not getting refreshed until the page is refreshed explicitly by clicking on the "Check for updates" option.
The feature to get the work order list fetched automatically without the user manually refreshing the page would be great!

    Hello Andrea,

    Thank you for the comment!

We have already implemented the suggestion provided in the idea, in the app.xml file for the Data Sources of the default queries. Please refer to the code present in the lines 557 to 563 in the previously attached app.xml (app_patch15.xml) file that is added to the case TS016077966.

We still see that the work order records are displayed/updated only after clicking the "Check for updates" option.

Please let us know if there are any other suggestions that we can try to resolve this.

immediate-download flag ... and global sync using the cloud icon should solve this. app.xml It should be offline-immediate-download="true" - per discussion with Vinicius Garmatz
