Check for updates should update all the queries instead of single query

In the Maximo Mobile Technician application, we have created a few default queries for fetching the work orders list based on the custom queries.

We see that the Check for updates option refreshes only the current query. For example, if I am in My Assigned Work Orders it will only update My Assigned Work Orders not My Completed Work Orders. For My Completed Work Orders again I have to click on the Check for updates button. Can we enable the Check for updates option to refresh all the queries instead of a single query?

This feature will save time and avoid the user clicking on the Check for updates option multiple times.

As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and identified that the requested feature already exist. Current design of check for updates is to refresh the current query only, while if you click on the Cloud icon and do Sync there, it will fetch all queries from all applications. There's also a dependent datasource enhancement added for the upcoming 9.0 release, which will trigger the update of a related data when you hit check for updates. Example would be to download work orders and related inspections. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us the privilege of partnering with you in developing our products.

If this is enabled, there might be performance issue when syncing all the queries at once.

May be IBM can provide a better way to achieve this- like control the behavior using a system property or anything else.
