Service Request RBA: Have Location search functionally work the same way it does on a web browser as it does on a mobile device

Here's a scenario to hopefully make this issue clear.

  • Open the Service Request app and create a new SR
  • Click/press on Location
  • Type in Green Room as the search text and search

When you're running the Service Request RBA on a mobile device (iOS or Android), it searches the terms as follows: UPPER(DESCRIPTION) LIKE '%GREEN%' AND UPPER(DESCRIPTION) LIKE '%ROOM%'.  So it only brings back search results that have both words in the location description.

When you're running the Service Request RBA through a web browser, it searches the terms as follows: UPPER(DESCRIPTION) LIKE '%GREEN%' OR UPPER(DESCRIPTION) LIKE '%ROOM%'. This brings back all search results that have any of the words.  We have hundreds of locations with the word "Room" in them.  Our users need to manually cycle through a list to find a Green Room in this scenario.

The way it functions on a mobile device is arguably the correct way.  I am asking for the web version to act the same way as the mobile version.
