Provide the ability to connect bluetooth peripherals to maximo mobile by adding the prerequisite libraries to the public published native apps.  This would allow end-user to configure the apps to connect seamlessly to a myriad of smart-meter, IoT, or other reader devices.

In 2021, over 4.7 billion Bluetooth® devices were shipped. As one of the most common wireless connectivity standards in the world, Bluetooth technology plays an integral part in everyday life.
