Attatching new documents to a work order in mobile or RBA, shows the doclinks path if there is no description to the file. This is difficult to read in mobiles.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

1. Mobile or Manage -> Role Based Application Technician

2. Open a Work Order

3. Attatch a file like txt, jpg, Excel or pdf with NO Description

RESULT: The Attachment list has a doclink path as the Description for those entries that do not have a description.

The same happens in Manage as in Mobile, new files Description shows the doclinks path.

As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and found that this was changed starting on 8.11 release, where the path is not visible anymore, only the filename is presented when description is not available. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us the privilege of partnering with you in developing our products.
