Add functionality around adding condition monitoring points to inspection forms

Users want to add functionality around adding condition monitoring points to inspection forms. Moreso, users really want a way to point to a meter and asset combination.  This would allow multiple assets to be on the same form.  The reason for this is how business works and how routes are typically handled. By allowing condition points on inspection forms, we can save the meter data to the proper asset and track any issues. In the current environment, we are having to create a blanket asset that has all of the meters for multiple assets.  This makes the data spread out and even creates more stops / forms.
