Ability to revise an accepted work assignment to rejected

MAS 9 saw the introduction of the ability in Maximo Mobile for those technicians assigned works to Accept or Reject said works. Whilst an extremely useful function for specific industries (such as Facilities Management), initial feedback is whether the ability to reject those work assignments which were already accepted can be included.

This would be leveraged by technicians who either accidentally selected to accept the work, or thought they would be able to complete it and were later unable. This would be a toggle on mobile allowing the already accepted work to be marked as rejected within the work order. In Manage this would move the 'Accepted' status on the assignment line to 'rejected' and unassign the labor. This would enhance user experience and increase flexibility of the mobile app, optionally could include it as a system property to still maintain control as needed if not all companies want this level of flexibility in place.
