Issues and Transfers (RBA) - Charge information on work order and task need lookups

In the Charge Details of an Inventory Usage line the work order and task should have a lookup. This could be limited to the set of work orders which have been downloaded to the device when offline, it is likely that when creating an inventory usage record you are doing this for a work order that has been assigned to you.

The scanning function on work order and task fields will have limited use, if the application is being used on a mobile device the work order will not have been printed with barcodes. Therefore, a lookup might replace those buttons if insufficient space.
