Update executor details while overwriting any existing answer on an Inspection Form during the form execution.

Regarding the "entereddate" and "enteredby" field updates in INSPFIELDRESULT table during form execution or answering each question: 
These fields are populated in INSPFIELDRESULT table with the executor information while answering an Inspection form question for the first time.
But the same attributes are not getting updated immediately when we update any of the existing answer.
Only the answer field updates in database when we go back to the list page after editing an existing answer.
It just overwrites the respective response field say, TXTRESPONSE field in existing latest record of the 'INSPFIELDRESULT " object.

Here we wanted to use this field information for capturing who might have submitted the latest answer on any question.

Hence would like to have these updated in database (INSPFIELDRESULT .Enteredby  and INSPFIELDRESULT.Entereddate) while the app allows us to overwrite an existing answer.
