Maximo Inspection Forms - enable site-specific validations

In order for an organization to maintain fewer forms, give form builders the ability to add site-specific validations. 

Example: an Inspection Form used to check water chemistry. One site may require a pH of 7.4 to 8.1. Another site may require 7.1 to 7.9. Currently this would require two separate Inspection forms. All of our sites have to do water chemistry rounds (inspections), but their acceptable ranges are site-specific.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, so the idea will be closed. The requirement align with another current development activity, which is to support Formulas. With formulas you'd be able to get relevant information from Asset/Location spec for example and apply it to a condition, instead of having hardcoded values at the form level. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us the privilege of partnering with you in developing our products.
