Delete app files from App Server when custom application is deleted in MAF Config tool

Currently when an app is deleted in the MAF Config tool, it removes all the relevant settings within the Db.  However the app files that are stored on the app server remain (example location below).  If the app was deleted and then recreated, the below location needs to be cleared down manually so that the browser app picks up the correct version of the files.  Ideally when the app is deleted these files should also be removed as part of the automated process.
