Banner showing device is in shared mode

When using the application in shared device mode there is no indication that the flag is enabled without going into the settings and seeing the option is no longer available. If a banner was displayed that the device was in shared mode on the login screen it would prevent users from proceeding without enabling when required.  It will also give indication if the device has been reset and the setting has not been re-enabled as there is no banner to indicate its enabled.
