"Required Craft or Assignment" and "Task duration" on work order task view

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Hello, it's common in a job plan or work order to have different crafts required to perform the work.

Let's imagine we have a work order for a work which required a mechanic and an electrician.

  1. The work order is planned and there those two crafts where ELEC is going to perform task 10 and 40 and MEC is going to perfm task 20 and 30.

  2. The work order is assigned to two technicians. So each one has the Work Order in their Mobile devices

  3. When the technicians open the work order they should have a reference in the tasks so they know which task they need to perform

  4. Also, having the estimated duration of the task will be helpfull

Best regards,

Feels like there's a issue in the process here. While Maximo allows multiple assignments to a work order, there will be no reference to who is assigned to which task. The recommendation is to perform the assignment at the task level, so each technician have only the task they are intented to perform in their mobile devices and them they'll have access to the whole work details of that task, including planned resouces, schedule dates and duration.
