Failure Report Prompts during work order completion on Technician application

In Organizations application and Work Order Options - Work Type settings there are fields for Downtime Prompt and Failure Prompt which displays a message during work order completion or closure if the asset has been left down or no failure report has been entered. These would be useful features for the Technician application and should appear if the technician is trying to use the Complete Work button from the Report Work page.

Trying to get downtime and failure reported accurately is key to improving reliability, any help along this path would be useful and this is a standard feature in desktop Maximo which could easily be provided if the technician is offline. Ideally, this would be achieved in a manner which is extendable through configuration, so that additional prompts can be added based on work type.

    Hi Andrew ... The downtime already exists since version 8.5, but failure reporting makes sense to be implemented. I'll be updating this idea description to cover failure reporting only and promote it to a future release. Thanks for your feedback, always appreciated.
