Ability to Refresh a Single Work Order Record in Maximo Mobile Without Returning to the List View

In Maximo Mobile, when working inside a Work Order (WO) record, any updates made to that WO from another source (e.g., from the Manage desktop application) are not reflected unless the user returns to the list view, which triggers a data refresh.

We are requesting a native feature that allows refreshing the current WO record in place — without having to leave the record and return to the list. This would be especially helpful in scenarios where real-time collaboration or updates from external sources occur frequently.

This feature would improve user experience and efficiency by:

Avoiding unnecessary navigation steps.

Ensuring data consistency for the currently viewed record.

Aligning Mobile behavior more closely with the Manage desktop version, which updates records dynamically.

This would ideally be implemented as:

A standard button or gesture to refresh the current record.

Or an automatic refresh triggered by background updates when the WO remains open.

We believe this functionality would be valuable for all clients working in high-collaboration environments.
