Reporting Data for Closeout/EndOfDay Process (Mechanic vs Management Views)

It would be helpful to have the ability to perform some end of day closeout report for the user to acknowledge. This closeout process can be a summary of the data that is already local on the device. It can have data like

• Total amount of hours logged throughout the shift vs Available Shift Hours (labor profile)

• Hours spent on a certain work type. Data can be presented as a count or percentage based on total logged hours.

• Materials used summary

• Report if there are any RANDR/REPLA work orders that don't have any materials used record. (in Red)

• Report/display any errors present on the device. Make this a hyperlink to the "cloud"/queue for error management.

• Button at the bottom that says, "I Acknowledge". Maybe make that a toggle where it is locked until all "problems/errors" are resolved

Differently, there can be a live report request for a supervisor to have their own view that gives similar data for the users that have them as their "Immediate Manager". Would give the supervisor a quick "live" view of the status of their mechanics.

• What work has been complete per user.

• What work is in INPRG status (more importantly who doesn't have any INPRG status work)

• How many Labor hours have been recorded per user. (Maybe as a percentage of the scheduled day, get clever with some algebra)

• Preview of the next scheduled data for the mechanics next scheduled Observation. Something like, if we want our management to randomly check up on each individual at least once per week we can have a display preview that says "observation due on 04/04/2025" or "Due today". with a link that takes the user to a Form for this observation.
