Add 'Return to Operational Dashboard' button in Role Based Navigator (similar to Return to Start Center)

As customers are encouraged to use the Operational Dashboard as the 'landing page' instead of StartCenters, it would be great if the 'Return to StartCenter' option in the Role Based Navigator could be configured via User Profile or Security Group setting to return the users to the Operational Dashboard instead of the Start Center.
This is particular relevant for clients that use rely on standard applications (Quick Reporting, Desktop Requisition, etc.) as well as Role Based apps (Service Request, Asset Manager, Technician) from a tablet, and want to provide the best possible 'mobile experience'   
The current implementation with 'Return to Start Center' require additional 'clicks' for the user to return to the Operational Dashboard - confusing, and unnecessary
