Maximo Mobile include Refrigerant Tracking

Develop Mobile Refrigerant Tracking within Maximo Mobile.  Refrigerant Technicians will be able to fully process all types of work orders within the application including adding, removing refrigerant, and leak tracking capabilities.  

Configure Maximo Mobile Connected Technician application to support the following requirements:

1. Show that the asset is ‘refrigerant required’ plus associated attributes,
2. Ability to record the addition of refrigerant to the asset,
3. Ability to record the removal of refrigerant from the asset,
4. Ability to ensure the correct refrigerant type and tank in the above cases,
5. Ability to select a reason for change in the above cases (default to Leak if none entered),
6. Ability to automatically generate follow-up work order for refrigerant leaks.
7. Submit Refrigerant actuals to Maximo for leak calculation,
8. Receive leak calculation from Maximo
9. Enter Refrigerant Tracking information.

IBM will leverage standard Maximo Mobile tools to configure the application to meet the requirements for the following use cases.

1. Update Work Order Assignment Status
2. Identify when a work order is for a refrigerated asset,
3. View refrigerant information for the asset,
4. Report the addition or removal of refrigerant for an asset,
5. Limit available tanks from which to choose,
6. Limit addition of refrigerant to a tank or asset to capacity,
7. Report leak tracking information,
8. Update the leak rate for the asset,
9. View updated leak rate.
