Mobile sync issue- causing performance for inventory counting. Not same as how its working for technician app.

Looking at the requests that are sent during the sync, fetchmodedelta is used, but there is no timestamp provided. In my understanding timestamp would need to be provided as parameter to limit the data, which is why I believe everything is instead downloaded, each and every start.

The problematic datasources in ICMOBILE application countBookDetailDSALL, countBookDetailDS4MaterialDetail, mxapiinvbaldsall and invbalancedetailds are not lookup datasources. I tried to set the lookup-data flag for all of these anyway, that made the preloaded database generation initially very slow and finally fail to the amount of data.
