Option "Clear my data from this device?" should be checked by default upon logout in Maximo Mobile

Summary:
In Maximo Mobile, when a user logs out, there is an option labeled "Clear my data from this device?". Currently, this option is unchecked by default. This behavior poses a risk in shared device environments.

Problem Statement:
During UAT with El Corte Inglés, our customer expressed concern about the default behavior of the logout process. In operational contexts where multiple operators use the same mobile device, it’s critical to ensure that personal or cached data from the previous session is always removed. Relying on the user to manually select this checkbox introduces a risk of sensitive or session-specific data persisting unintentionally.

Proposed Enhancement:
Add a configuration setting (via MAF Tool or MAS Manage UI) that allows the "Clear my data from this device?" checkbox to be:

Checked by default

Enforced by policy (i.e., cannot be unchecked)
This would provide greater control to system administrators and enhance data security in shared-device scenarios.
