Enable Deletion of Labor Transactions in Maximo Mobile, Similar to Manage

In Maximo Manage, users can delete labor transactions that are not yet approved. However, in Maximo Mobile, this feature is not currently available — labor records can be entered but not edited or deleted, even if they are in a pending or non-approved state.

At El Corte Inglés, labor records are configured to be created without automatic approval, which allows for manual validation and corrections. However, users have reported that once a labor transaction is submitted via Maximo Mobile or the web interface, they cannot delete or modify it, unlike in Manage. This limitation creates unnecessary administrative overhead and increases the risk of incorrect data remaining in the system.

Proposed Enhancement:
Introduce the capability to:

Delete labor transactions from Maximo Mobile and web interfaces (prior to approval),

Or alternatively, provide an option to enable/disable this behavior via configuration.

This would align Maximo Mobile’s behavior with the Manage application and improve operational consistency and flexibility.
