Ability to add material that is not of ITEM line type

Currently the only way of adding materials to a work order via Maximo Mobile is that it needs to exist as an Item. By default out of the box Manage supports the creation of MATUSETRANS with a line type of Material, allowing the user to enter a description, price, etc. This should be available as an option out of the box in Maximo Mobile as well.
