Issues and Transfers should have the ability to create and use a Pick List of the items to pick from the storeroom

This was functionality in the Work Center which has never been carried through to Maximo Mobile. The Inventory Usage application has a checkbox, and there are two attributes on the Inventory Usage Line INVPICKLISTNUM and PICKEDQTY, although these are hidden.

It would be quite acceptable to create the Pick List in a desktop application rather than on Issues and Transfers, or just in the RBA of Issues and Transfers, but it should be possible to pick the items from the pick list on the mobile app while offline.
