Maximo Mobile push notification

Allow a configuration for push notifications to pop up on mobile device even the app is in background like it is a standard behavior of mobile apps and how it was available in Anywhere app. Nowadays there is a setup with Kafka, but it confugres the notifications when the app is opened. This is the statement coming from IBM Support.

    marking the ideas as existed already. Regardless of the architecture needed to support, push notifications already exist in MAS and is included in the standard license and covers both Android and iOS platform without any extra cost.

    The expected behavior, regardless of the integration layers needed to make push notifications to happen is ... when the app is opened, the notification would be presented in the bell icon in the footer. When the app is not opened, the notifications would be displayed as regular notifications in the end user device, which sounds as being your expectation.
