On Service Requests (RBA) - start the location hierarchy at the point defined for the user in their Profile - Personal Information - Workplace Information - Person's Site/Location

Currently the Person's Site/Location is defaulted when a new service request is created but when you use the (>) button on the Location field in left-hand panel the location drilldown starts at the top of the hierarchy, it should show the locations which are children of the selected location.

For example WILSON has BEDFORD-OFFICE defined as the workplace location. By clicking the (>) on the Location record, OFFICE should appear with the Location Tree to its left, above Map, Scan, Search panel, and below this panel we would show the child locations of OFFICE, i.e five locations MOFLOOR1-4 and FIELDSTAFF.

    Thanks for submitting your Idea!

Can you please add a few screenshots showing where the Location information is defined in the user profile? Just want to make sure I have the proper understanding.
