Add Asset Template as a filter for asset searching and align filter criteria across Service Requestor and Technician

For a technician trying to find an asset to raise a Service Request (or WO) against they need to be able to search by multiple criteria to narrow the search. Asset Template should be added in addition to Location, Rotating Item, Serial #, Type and Vendor on both Service Requestor and Technician apps.

The Technician app should also include Manufacturer and Asset Tag to align with Service Requestor.

The Service Request app should also include Vendor to align with Technician app.

    Hi Andrew!

    Do you have more details on Asset Template usage on desktop version of Service Requests? Or usage of Asset Templates in any other apps?
