Which version of MAS are you using?
In 9.1, migrations can be performed using the application configuration tooling; you simply export a zip from one environment (dev or test) and upload the zip into another.
The migration manager application has not been formally tested for usage with the Operational Dashboard application. What object structure errors are you experiencing? More details may help us understand if there is just a bug in the system around the out-of-the-box object structures.
