Alternate way to handle data errors in Technician

Currently when a data error occurs in Maximo Mobile Technician (usually when attempting to sync transactions to core Maximo), we are given the options to either retry or rollback the transaction. Unfortunately, the retry option rarely works and the rollback option not only discards the failed change, but all the changes made after it. This results in data loss, which is very problematic for certain industries. In searching for assistance, I've learned this is not only a problem for us but a problem many clients are facing across various industries - forcing some of them to even search for alternatives. I am proposing IBM changes the way these transactions are stored/transmitted, allowing unrelated transactions to be rolled back without voiding a later one.

Thanks for your feedback, although what you have described is not the intended behavior of our product. Each transaction is unique and discarding should not impact other pending transactions that are locked in the same record. Can you provide a use case on when / how this happened, so we can investigate it better?
