Ability for Inventory Count Reference Data to update in Maximo Mobile My Schedule in real time as Inventory is issued/returned

It would help field technicians know how many items are in the store as they use them & which store may have supplies if their closest store is out of stock. Our Mobile dB Cron task currently takes 16 hours to run so is run every weekend so the latest reference data is potentially a week old on their device, For example - if a technician issues 1 x 80mm Bend from the Camperdown Store to their Work Order and the count says there are x 3 in store - after issuing the material to their Work Order the count still says 3 in Maximo Mobile when in reality there is 2. We are debating whether to change the setting to allow inventory to go into negatives to prevent errors in Maximo Mobile when issuing materials against the inaccurate counts.
