Hi Andrew - thanks for your idea! Even though I think it's a really interesting one, it skips a bit the purpose of the Mobile SR application. It's a self-service-licensed application, intended to allow users to quickly register an SR, that's it. If any follow-up action is needed, it will be a back-office responsibility to do so. What the user can do in this situation is to add a work log entry stating that the specific SR record is no longer valid or needed. We try to facilitate as much as we can the creation of an SR record, after that, there's little we can do in the Mobile side.
