Allow a user to cancel a Service Request at synonym status of QUEUED

When the Service Requests mobile application is used, you navigate down the categories to the Type which equates to applying the Ticket Template. The Ticket Template will normally have an Owner Group to direct the request to the right team in which case Maximo changes the status to QUEUED and the requester now has no ability to cancel the SR as it can only happen at NEW status. This might only be a few seconds after they created it, the trashcan button doesn't appear as an option in the View Service Request application.

On the Service Requests desktop application you can cancel an SR at QUEUED and PENDING state.  The mobile application should at least allow you to do this at QUEUED state.
