Data Issue with Asset Mobile App while accessing from Technican Mobile App

We noticed a significant data issue with Asset Mobile App when accessing asset details from Technican App. Where we get No records Found in Mobile App and further checking Mobile DB the assets are not present. Role based this problem is not there. This scenario works fine in Mobile App if the Asset is present in Mobile DB, ie as part of the saved queries set in Asset with offline immediate download option Eg: if I am the custodian of that asset.

So problem is with Asset Data download is incomplete in Mobile DB, if its not part of any offline data. Ideally in the MXAPIWODETAIL we expect all the workorder asset get downloaded and accessible for Asset Mobile App as well to avoid this problem. Expect this part of the Preloaded DB generation to save time during the immediate sync.

    Thanks for the feedback. Currently Mobile supports the ability to define a referential datasource that, everytime you do a check for updates on a particular work list, it also triggers the same check for updates in another app/datasource. This would fit for the requirement you have when, both whereclauses are aligned to bring Assets related to the work orders, to ensure both datasources receive the latest updates from the server. Also, moving forward, the 9.2 release will "merge" transactional and lookup data for assets, ensuring that when you have an asset record already loaded in your preloaded database, this information can be used with the asset manager app as well.
    Here's an example of a referenced datasource used today to bring related inspections to the work order records.

      <mobile-referenced-load id="gbpx1">
    <mobile-datasource-reference app-id="inspection" datasource-id="assignedworktolist" id="k3yyw"/>
    </mobile-referenced-load>
