Accepting Work Order in Techncician on Mobile should not move user to top of list

Every time a Mobile users accept a work order in the Technician application, they are moved to the top of the list. If a customers work flow is that the technicians accept multiple work orders in a row (for example at the beginning of the day), they will have to scroll back down to the position they were at after accepting a work order.

We cannot think of any scenario where it is helpful to be moved to the top of the list when accepting a work order, whatever workflow customers use, and therefore we believe this could help all users of MAS Mobile to different extents.

Our suggestion is that either:

  • The full WO-list is not refreshed with listDS.forceReload(). Only the accepted work order is refreshed.

  • Full WO-list is refreshed, but user is not moved to the top of the list.

  • Full WO-list is refreshed, user is moved to the top of the list and then user is moved back to the position they were originally at.
