Asset Search behavior based on Location Hierarchy in SR Mobile - Need to list Asset from all child locations too in the hiearchy

While using the location hierarchy filter in Service request mobile having 5 levels of locations, if the user choose the level 2 location value currently its bringing assets using = qbe filter based on chosen location. But in hierarchy based search it should also list the assets which are below in the hierarchy which is level 3,4, 5 location too.

This will help the user to use the hierarchy search effectively to filter the location levels to find the assets under that.

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. Unfortunately, after evaluating this idea, we don’t believe it aligns with our product strategy and roadmap. Therefore, we will not be considering it for inclusion in our product at this time. Thank you again for your feedback.

    Thanks for your feedback. Mobile only loads the location/asset data, but not hierarchical or system information which is typically a large volume of data. This limits the ability to navigate cross levels and recursive queries are expensive to process. As of now, no intent to provide this feature in Mobile.
